Holly Kroeker
Holly Kroeker has been largely influenced by music and movement since she was a young child. Growing up in Grande Prairie, she trained at the GP Dancer's Academy for most of her life, obtaining her RAD grade 8 ballet certificate. Being a musician, Holly travelled to Toronto where she was given the opportunity to accompany a ballet class at the National Ballet School of Canada on piano, combining her two favourite aspects of the arts. She trained in many styles including Ballet, Modern, Lyrical, Tap, Jazz and Musical Theatre, and loved everything that included a great aspect of performance and audience engagement. Holly found a love for teaching when she was hired as a full-time tap teacher at GPDA, teaching classes to all ages for 2 years. Currently she is pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Piano at the University of Alberta. Holly was a founding member of MOD Contemporary Dance Movement and is thrilled to be back working with the team, keeping movement and music ever-present in her life.
